6. Make it visual. Use pictures, illustrations, images, and other related visuals during training procedures. Why? Based on research, people are most likely to remember the pictures instead of words. When they see relevant images, the whole process steps will surely make more sense to them.
7. Get in the mood. Do not coach when you are not feeling good as you might take out your negative feelings to your participants.
