Here's how you can grow your coaching program:

1. Focus on one specific task for each coaching session. Your participants will most likely to learn quickly if you focus on a particular goal for every session. Before you get started, tell your clients the things that you need to accomplish for the day and how it can help them reach their long term goals in attending your coaching programs.

2. Believe in your participants. It is important that you are convinced that your attendees are capable of doing specific tasks and reaching your pre-set goals otherwise, your coaching programs will not be very effective.

3. Be patient. People have different levels of comprehension. While others learn quickly, there are those who needs more time to digest the information they receive. As such, you will need to learn how to adjust your coaching strategies to make sure that everyone will get the message that you are trying to get across.

4. If you are coaching a group, ensure that each of your participants has assigned task with deliverables and deadlines. You will need to make each of them feel accountable for specific things so they will be "forced" to participate and not just depend on their group mates.

5. Set up peer coaching. You may ask your participants to do role plays or simulation not only to promote better understanding but also to create fun learning environment. It would also help if you can ask each participant to find a partner when they are performing certain activities who can encourage, assist, and motivate them to do their best.

6. Demo. Show your participants how to perform certain procedure before you ask them to it. People in general learn faster if they are offered visual reinforcements aside from verbal instructions.

7. Welcome feedback. Encourage your participants to give you some feedback (both positive and negative) about your coaching skills and strategies. You may also need to improve so you can achieve your own career growth.
