Here are the most effective methods on how you can increase your coaching program:

1. Explore websites, ebooks, teleseminars, blogs, forums, etc. for mentoring or coaching tips and techniques. There are so much information out there and you will have to try each one to determine which works for you and your potential clients.

2. Improve your communication skills. You have to learn the most effective ways on how you can articulate your thoughts and your ideas so you can inform or educate your clients. You will also need to learn on how you can effectively deliver difficult messages or point out problems and areas of opportunities without offending your coaches.

3. List your goals for your coaching sessions. You will need to do this even before you get started. Ask your clients what they would like to achieve or ask them to enumerate their goals. Then, tell them the things that they will need to do in order to realize their main objectives.

4. Establish realistic goals. Do not give your clients false hopes. Let them know ahead of time what they can achieve base on their resources and availability.

5. Listen to your attendees. You can better understand where your coaches are coming from if you listen intently whenever they share their thoughts and ideas. Do not interrupt them and respect their points of view. They are most likely to do the same when get your time to speak.

6. Set up one-on-one meetings regularly. If you are doing group coaching programs, it would help if you can meet your coach one by one so you can easily develop personal relationship and give each of them quality time.

7. Build personal connection first. Before you start coaching a person, you need to establish a personal relationship with them first. Make them feel that you are somebody they can trust or somebody that they can consider as a friend. By doing so, you will be able to easily get these people to open up regarding every single thing that bothers them.
